Parent update 6/28/2011

Brendan woke up at 3:30am very happy! He did not fall back to sleep (as hard as I tried to get him to go back to sleep). So far, he has facilated between being agitated to being happy. I was able to get him down for a nap fro 10:30am-1:30pm. He woke up quiet and disoriented. He did okay with his ABA therapist, but was up and down with being happy to being agitated. He asked me to work on his head and then wanted me to stay with him all night.

CST Session 6/27/11

Tonight's session started with left ear work.  With one hand on his ear and another next to it - the unwinding began.  Like a ball of yarn or elastics, tissue can become wound up in wrong directions.  The inside of his ear is very 'tarry' (a black, gooky feeling which is found on children and adults with ear issues).  The blacker it looks and stickier it feels the longer it has been in the ear canal.  Like an old pipe the insides become corroded and less and less fluids pass through.  The concentration is to move lymphatic fluids and break up restrictions to allow for draining.

As the restrictions broke, Brendan began to release heat.  We mentioned heat before - the heat becomes so intense that your child begins to sweat, the sweat is so intense it feels like your child has just come out of a swimming pool.  As the intensity increased his brain began to feel 'white'; like a coal on the barbecue.  This 'white' feeling was present until the last 10 minutes of his session.

While his brain was in the 'white' stage many things began to happen.  My hands were placed in various positions around his skull; ultimately landing on the right ear.  With one hand on the left ear and one on the right, intense heat and pulsing, it felt like bugs started coming out of his right ear.  They landed on his outer ear like flies stuck on a cobweb.  There is a 'vector' (energy line between both ears) and these must line up; forming one line between both ears.  The less they are lined up the more problems one tends to have whether that be auditory, infections, balance, etc.

Amazingly the next thing to happen was the separation of his skull from everything else.  As the skull was separating, it was like a dam opened up resulting in the drainage of trapped toxins!  Once the draining stopped the only thing energetically present were the skull bones.  There felt to be an impairment in the core of the skull.  Working on the sphenoid, nasal bones, maxilla, jaw, etc., the skull slowly turned and untwisted.  When this was completed the rest of the face came back into the skull.

Immediately Brendan's skull started to expand.  Then his brain started expanding.  Quite frankly everything around his entire head began to expand.  This is an awesome feeling which some parents have been able to feel.   As everything continued to expand it was back to the ears and aligning the vector.

In conjunction with the body work, Brendan's mom was using a quantum laser, varying the settings.  We ended with cellular regeneration which aided in the brain returning to a 'pinkish' color.

This was a remarkable session.  Brendan was in a very deep sleep when the session was over.  We look so forward to hearing how he is in the morning.

Parent update 6/26/2011

Brendan had a difficult day yesterday. He woke up at 2:30am and then fell back to sleep at 6:30am. He woke up again at 8am. He already had a frown on his face when he got up. By noon, I ended up giving him his second remedy. This is a remedy that our homeopath gave him 3 months ago to decrease his agitation and aggressive behavior. He was due for another dose on July 2 but she told me to be on the lookout of if he may need it sooner. I am glad I gave it to him as it helped. He was pretty calm the rest of the day.

Today the respite person who was here a week ago came back. Brendan's Dad said he did fine with her this time. Tonight as we were watching a video (sigh..yes Barney), Brendan asked me to turn it down. He put his finger in his left ear and then pointed down. After I turned it down, he said "thank you". It wasn't real clear but coherent enough for me to understand what he said. This is the first time I have ever heard him say 'thank you'.

Brendan woke up a little tired this morning. He didn't fall asleep until 11:30pm last night. Not sure if the second dose of the remedy kept him up.

I was very proud of him today at the eye doctor's. This was the first time he has been to this place, worked with two people he's never seen before, answered their questions and endured multiple tests. At one point, I could tell he was getting agitated because he started stomping his feet a bit. I suggested that we give him a break. For the most part, the doctor responded, but at times she pushed him a little to much at one point he tried to headbutt her. [Note for any professional working with special kids, please listen to the parents! We know what pushes our child's buttons and what doesn't.] She has worked with kids on the spectrum so she didn't seem to surprised. Again, I was very proud of him. When you think of all the transitions he did to different rooms, was asked to do tests he never did before, have a pair of glasses put on his face to test for depth perception (and he doesn't like to wear sunglasses), etc... he was amazing!

He was really tired by 8:15pm tonight, so I got him to bed early. He wanted me to work on his head again. He fell asleep as I worked on him. His head was hot and pulsing. I had one hand on his forehead and my other on the back of his head for at least 20 minutes before he started to cool down. He was lying on his side, so I put one hand on his sacrum and the other on his back near the base of his neck. Between both hands the pulsing felt like it was going around a racetrack. This went on for 15minutes. Hopefully, he'll get a good night sleep tonight.

Parent update 6/23/2011

We did make it to the Mission in San Juan Bautista on Sunday. We just happened to catch the end of their Mass. They had Aztec dancers drumming - Brendan really seemed to enjoy it. He indicated that he wants to go back to the Mission to attend the Latin Mass (which he has been to twice previously). The have a wonderful choir which he loves to listen too.

Over the last four days, he has been doing fine. No major outburst to report. He did tell me the other night while he was swinging in his gym to "sit" and then "down". First time he has ever put these two words together pretty clearly.

Today, we gave him another dose of his remedy. We always ask him if he wants it and take his lead. He did well in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy and was very patient waiting for the therapist to leave so that he could watch his video. He does NOT like to wait. So, I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't protest while waiting. Overall, he had a very good day.

Tomorrow we are taking him to see a Developmental Optometrist. He has never had a formal eye exam. It is very difficult to find professionals who you feel can work with your child with patience, understanding and, most importantly, experience. It will be interesting to see how he does since he will be tested and asked questions, neither of which he likes to do unless he has known the person for awhile. Stay tuned...

CST Session 6/23/11

Today Brendan came in with head phones on.  Took some pictures of our reception area (he has done this before) and after taking his shoes and socks off went to the therapy room.  His hearing was very sensitive today. We put music on and when he heard the birds chirping on the CD he would put his hands to his ears.

After working primarily on his temporal bones, ears and throat he stopped covering his ears when the birds were chirping.  I can feel an energetic wall behind each ear - very common in lots of people whether they be children or adults when one closes their hearing down.  Due to energy exchange, I asked Brendan if he remembers hearing a loud boom - like a balloon being popped.  He immediately said "Yes".  I then asked him if he remembers this from when he was being born and he again quicky said "Yes".  We talked about how when the sac is cut to extract a baby an implosion happens.

Based on a child's position when pulled by the doctor we have found some kids have hearing sensitivies due to the loudness of the implosion while others have restrictions based on where the pressure hit; and still others can have both.  Work continued around Brendan's ears breaking down the energetic wall.

When the session was completed Brendan looked at his mother and said "happy".  He then hugged her, rested a minute or two more and said "Done".  He usually says Done when he has had enough and we end the session.  He got up laughing and smiling.  Went to the reception area jumped around, put his shoes and socks on and left smiling with his Mom.

We will continue to work these areas until the wall is down.  Good day!

CST Session 6/20/11

I work on Brendan every other week at night when he goes to bed.  The reason we do night sessions is due to the degree of pressure being generated to make a shift(s).  Deep skull and mouth work can create quite a bit of internal pressure.

Tonight Brendan wanted head work done.  I had one hand on the back of his skull and the other hand varied between his throat, nostrils, nasal bones and temporal bones.  At Brendan's request his Mom placed her hand on his forehead.  At times intense heat was generated - this heat can be so great you feel as if your child just came out of a swimming pool - his head is dripping wet.  Once the shifts are completed all the heat/wetness dissipates as fast as it came.  It is amazing to experience.

There were several large shifts.  Primarily the overall expansion of his skull.  It felt like a balloon blowing up - all sides of his skull were expanding.  The right side expanded first; followed by the front, back and finally left.  Also, I could feel the falx cerebri which to me feels like a mohawk.  Decompression is happening.

Brendan fell asleep quickly - but prior to falling asleep he communicated energetically the "terror" a woman feels when having an unexpected c-section.  I relayed this information to his Mom and she started talking about how after 20+ hours of difficult labor and other factors the doctors decided to perform a c-section.  She remembers coming in and out many times while 'things' were going on around her.  In fact when she was "in" she could hear the doctors make a lot of alarming statements.   It was then Brendan's mom vocalized how scary and terrifying it was.  She also talked of other things that happened, but I refrain and will let such items come up as she chooses or are warranted.

What is wonderful and extrordinary is the exchange of mother and child involving "terror".  When leaving Brendan was in a deep sleep.  We look forward to what tomorrow brings.

Parent update 6/18/2011

Well,Brendan had a rather tough morning. He ended up breaking his Barney video that he had been waiting for over a week to arrive. Then, he went into the garage, found the box of more Barney videos that we had, and broke another one.

A new respite person (she was here once before) came by at noon. While Brendan's Dad was upstairs trying to get some work done, Brendan tried to get into the garage again. The respite person blocked the door. Brendan got mad. He sat on the couch and then his anger continued to escalate. Brendan's Dad came downstairs to see what was going on. He took Brendan upstairs so he could swing (in his gym). By tthe time I got home from work, he had calmed down somewhat. I found him in his room crying softly. So, I laid down next to him and just held him. I didn't say a word. After about 15 minutes. He as calm. However, he didn't want to go downstairs because the respite person was still here, so I had her leave.

Brendan continued to get agitated off and on. I finally asked him if there was some negative energy in our house and he said "yah". So, I sprayed some Holy Water around the house, and he was fine after that and for the rest of the night. When we went for a drive around 4pm, he indicated that he wanted to go to the Mission (San Juan Bautista). Since it was getting late and due to traffic, I told him we would go tomorrow.

He didn't want me to read to him tonight (rare). But he did want me to say our prayers. He asked me to work on his head. As I did, the word "womb" came to my mind. So I asked him if he was back in my womb? He just got really quiet, turned away, and then fell asleep. I hope he wakes up feeling better tomorrow.

Parent update 6/17/2011

As you have read, we gave Brendan a new remedy yesterday. Normally you give the remedy once in the morning and once at night. Brendan had wanted us to give him the remedy that same night, even though he received his first dose in the early afternoon.

The rest fo the evening he was fine and calm. When he was in bed, I asked him if he wanted me to read to him or did he just want to go to sleep (he was looking pretty tired). He said, "read" loud and clear. He has attempted to say this word in the past, but this was the clearest I have heard him say it. I gave him the second dose around 10pm last night. He immediately fell asleep. When I got up from his bed (I had my hand on his belly as he had requested some work), he said, "stay". It wasn't real clear, but I knew what he wanted. So I stayed until I knew he was in a deep sleep.

He woke up looking a little grumpy and disoriented. I had to leave for work but his Dad said that he had a good day. It is now 5pm and so far, he is remaining calm.

CST Session 6/16/11

Wow......what a session!!  Today we gave Brendan a new homeopathic remedy while working on him. Within 20 seconds of his new remedy he jumped right up and started talking loudly and laughing.  He calmed down quickly and continued with his session (cranial/visceral work ).  The remedy pathed through his left side quickly, then his head and ultimately very slowly getting into the areas covering his liver, right kidney, parts of the intestines and stomach.  As it was going through his head he started to get clammy (sweaty) and I talked to him about what was happening.  He remained calm.

Each time I work with a client we enter their energy field.  Upon entering Brendan's field you could see and feel his body and head rising up past the trauma of his being in ICU.  It was like the movie the Matrix, watching a movie and seeing it falling apart right before your eyes.  Following this Brendan was having feelings of things going on while he was being born.  As his mom talked to Brendan about his birth (Brendan was a c-section delivery) he said out loud "lift out".  His mother and I repeated to him what he said and he said Yes.  He concurred he was being lifted out of the womb.

He then hugged his mother.  After hugging her he went to a place deep inside himself - which his mother and I could see - and laid on the table not wanting any other work for about twenty minutes.  He then got up and prepared to leave.  He left laughing and very, very happy.  In addition, when he was driving off he waved goodbye to me a few times.

So today he said two new words:  "Lift out".  We are excited!

CST Session 6/10/11

Brendan came in today in a somber mood - today was his last day of school.  He laid on the MRS 2000+ mat while he was worked on (setting 10).  His lower body is starting to feel connected more and more.  It takes very little time to work his lower body; as the majority of local restrictions have been alleviated.  Most of the time is now spent on his upper chest area, neck, head and mouth.

There were quite a few releases in his throat, skull and chest today.  In addition we applied some tapping and he became very, very happy.  His mother said she had not seen him smile so much and so broadly.  Finally we did get some mouth work in - only touching his lips and teeth; but he allows it.  Unrestricting the mouth is critical as it is connected to pulls throughout his body.  He continues counting backwards.

Brendan had an excellent session today.  He left very, very happy.

CST Session 6/12/11

Brendan had his weekly CST session this evening.  He learned a new word "movie".  During his session he was asked about potential homeopathic remedies.  He brought up spiders, Africa, choking, near rivers, zebras and rhinos.  We placed various pictures of remedies on two locations (neck and belly button area) in which we watched his reaction.  His mom, homeopath and myself were there to feel the differences for each potential remedy.  One particular remedy, a sac spider, yielded much heat and shifting of restrictions in his throat.  There was also movement to the cranial vault.

Brendan's body was exhausted from all three of us working on him.  He slept soundly throughout and remained that way when we left.  It was the first time the homeopath felt a body unable to accept anymore energy work for the night.

We walked away with great anticipation of what tomorrow will bring.

CST Session

Brendan had his CST session today.  He was very verbal when entering and remained verbal for about 25 minutes.  As his session nears end, I let him know how many things we have left to do by assigning a number.  On more than one occassion, including today, if you tell him you have 5 left and do one hold; then ask him how many left he says 4; do another one and ask he says 3 and so on until we reach 0.  This is a big accomplishment - not only was he verbal; but he was able to calculate.

Brendan is enrolled in occupational, speech and cranial sacral therapy.  He is also on supplements and homeopathic remedies.

Parents, teachers and therapists are working together openly to achieve optimal health for Brendan.  All will be contributing to this blog.
